Are earthquakes predictable? Can Seismologists Predict Earthquakes?
If you type these questions in Google, you will get the answer saying "NO" from those so-called main stream seismologists. It is so pity.

However, as a physicist and seismologist, I seriously declare that EARTHQUAKES ARE PREDICTABLE.
I have launched into my research on seismicity since 1960s. I and my team have successfully predicted tens of earthquakes. How to evaluate a succeed prediction? It must predict three elements: When, Where and How big (Magnitude) the earthquake will be before it happens.
We would like to open this topic to discuss with all of you.
